Five lines, one vendor, one phone number.

Most operators sell you a machine and hand you off. SwypCo places the machine, processes the transactions, keeps the cassettes full, and answers the phone in Addison when something goes wrong — and you can take one of those lines or all five.

Transaction Processing

The part nobody sees: the machine talks to a network, the network talks to a bank, and the money reaches your account.

Terminals processed3,500+ across the US

What it is
SwypCo processes the transactions your ATM takes and settles the surcharge and interchange back to you. Sponsor bank and online reporting are included — you are not signing separately with a bank and a processor and a reporting vendor.
Who it suits
Anyone who already owns a machine, wherever they bought it, and anyone who wants their existing terminals on one statement instead of four.
What SwypCo does
Loads your terminal onto the network, sets the surcharge, gives you a login for daily and monthly reporting, and settles on the agreed schedule. If a terminal goes quiet, SwypCo sees it before your customers tell you.

ATM Placement

SwypCo’s machine in your store. You supply the floor space and the power; SwypCo supplies everything else.

Equipment cost to you$0

What it is
A full-service placement: SwypCo owns the machine, installs it, loads it, maintains it, and splits the surcharge revenue with you. No purchase, no lease, no service contract to sign for the hardware.
Who it suits
Convenience stores, fuel sites, bars and restaurants, laundromats, and any location with footfall that would rather not own a safe full of somebody’s cash.
What SwypCo does
Surveys the site, brings the machine, bolts it down, programs it, and takes the calls. The split is agreed before anything is installed. Ask for the placement desk on (972) 672-9400 — placement terms are quoted per site, not from a rate card.

Cash Loading

An empty cassette earns nothing. Someone has to open the safe on a schedule, and it does not have to be you.

Two ways to run itArmored carrier, or your own cash

What it is
Either SwypCo arranges an armored carrier to load the machine on a route, or you load your own cash and SwypCo tells you when it is running low. Both are normal, and the choice is usually about how much cash the site already handles.
Who it suits
Vault-load suits sites that would rather not tie up their own cash or open a safe. Self-load suits operators who already move cash and want the float.
What SwypCo does
Sets the load schedule against the site’s actual dispense rate, reconciles what went in against what came out, and flags a machine that is running dry earlier than its route.

Merchant Services

Card acceptance at the register, from the same company that runs the machine at the door.

PricingOne page, no bundle

What it is
Card processing for the counter — the terminal, the rates, and the statement. It is a separate line from the ATM, and it is deliberately quoted separately, so you can compare it against what you pay now.
Who it suits
Existing ATM clients who are tired of chasing two vendors, and anyone whose current merchant statement takes more than a minute to read.
What SwypCo does
Quotes the rate on one page, sets up the terminal, and puts the account with the same people who answer the phone about your ATM. Rates are quoted per business.

Partner Programs

Equipment, processing and wireless at wholesale, running under your brand rather than SwypCo’s.

ForISOs & distributors

What it is
A wholesale relationship: you sell and support your own accounts, SwypCo supplies the hardware, the processing and the SwypConnect routers behind them. Equipment can ship blind — your name on the packing slip, no SwypCo branding, no prices.
Who it suits
Independent sales organizations, ATM distributors, and operators large enough to carry their own customer relationships but not a supply chain.
What SwypCo does
Sets a wholesale price list against your volume, ships to your merchants under your label, and stays off the phone with your customers. SwypCo has been in the ATM business since January 2014 and sits on the board of the National ATM Council.

Not sure which line you need?

Most conversations start with one machine and one site. Call sales on (972) 672-9400 or write info@swypco.com and describe the site — footfall, hours, whether there is already a machine.

Own the machine outright?

The ATMs are in the shop with prices on them, configurable and orderable online. Signed-in clients see their tier price on every tag.
