Since 2004, Tim Baxter has built a successful career in the industry. In January 2014, he co-founded SwypCo, LLC, serving over 3,500 ATM terminals across the US, including Hawaii. In 2016, he expanded into wireless communications with SwypConnect Wireless Solutions, now boasting over 10,000 routers nationwide. SwypConnect specializes in router leasing and sales, offering dual SIM solutions (Verizon & AT&T) for optimal connectivity in the ATM industry.

Tim has served on the Board of Directors for the National ATM Council (NAC) for 12 years and is also a member of ATMIA.

Greg Taylor’s career began in manufacturing and operations, including roles such as Superintendent of Operations and VP of Manufacturing. In 1993, he transitioned to managing a family business, expanding it to 750 payphones. By 2004, he ventured into the ATM industry, growing to over 250 ATMs in January 2014. Greg co-founded SwypCo, LLC, to further delve into the ATM business.

In 2016, he launched SwypConnect Wireless, growing it to over 10,000 routers and 9,000 SIM cards nationwide, including Hawaii.

Randall Bro, a Baylor University graduate with a master’s from the University of Houston, started his career in public accounting, eventually becoming a tax manager. He later owned and operated Sierra Architectural Cast Stone, managing over 70 employees and supplying custom cast stone to high-end clients across the US. As a CPA, he continues to advise corporate and individual clients on tax and financial planning.

In 2004, Randall partnered with Greg Taylor to enter the ATM industry, co-founding SwypCo, LLC in 2014 and SwypConnect Wireless in 2016, providing financial consulting and structural guidance for both ventures.

Estrada is a seasoned development training manager with over 15 years of experience and a proven track record of enhancing operational standards while leading high-profile venues across the Bahamas, Atlanta, Massachusetts, New York, and Las Vegas. As the vice president and general manager at SwypCo, he transitioned into the ATM industry, starting as a sales representative and quickly advancing by mastering equipment management, cash loading, and maintenance.

Guided by experienced ATM operators, Estrada now plays a pivotal role in expanding SwypCo’s market presence and continues to drive innovation in the ATM sector.
